Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new corporate clients, offices, and businesses for catering or restaurant partnerships
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Promote restaurant services, catering menus, and special packages effectively to corporate and B2B clients
  • Conduct site visits, menu presentations, and tastings for potential clients
  • Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and close deals in line with company policies
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals consistently
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor offerings, and suggest improvements to sales strategy

Qualifications / Skills

  • Prior experience in restaurant sales, catering sales, or hospitality B2B sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
