Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new corporate clients, offices, and businesses for catering or restaurant partnerships
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Promote restaurant services, catering menus, and special packages effectively to corporate and B2B clients
- Conduct site visits, menu presentations, and tastings for potential clients
- Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and close deals in line with company policies
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals consistently
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor offerings, and suggest improvements to sales strategy
Qualifications / Skills
- Prior experience in restaurant sales, catering sales, or hospitality B2B sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
