About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Sales Executive – Hospitality & Cosmetics to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the hospitality or cosmetics industry, an established network within the salon and beauty sector, and the ability to build relationships with luxury hotels, including 5-star and 7-star properties. A valid UAE driving license is essential for frequent client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with salons, spas, and beauty outlets across Dubai.
• Identify, approach, and onboard luxury hotel clients (5* & 7*) for product partnerships.
• Promote and present cosmetics and beauty products to potential buyers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up promptly with leads.
• Identify new business opportunities within the salon and hospitality sectors.
• Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality or cosmetics industry.
• Established network within Dubai’s salon and beauty market.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of luxury hotel operations is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards (essential).
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
