Sales Executive (Hotels Experience Only)

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and maximizing hotel bookings through proactive sales strategies. The role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a strong network in the tourism and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the travel, corporate, and event sectors.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Promote hotel services including room bookings, event venues, and catering.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Handle inquiries, negotiate rates, and finalize contracts.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery by collaborating with other hotel departments.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Marketing & Events

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Assist in organizing in-house promotional events and FAM (familiarization) trips.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (Fresh Graduates)
  • English Language proficiency is a must.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Frequent travel for client meetings and industry events may be required.

  • Salary From 7000 L.E to 9000 L.E + Monthly Incentive.
