Job Title: Sales Executive – Household Division

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Household Division in Oman. The role involves promoting and selling a wide range of household products - including household plastics, cleaning tools, kitchenware, trolley bags, cloth dryers, ironing boards, toys and other consumer goods – to retail and B2B clients including leading supermarket and hypermarket chains. This position offers a performance-based incentive structure tied to both sales and collection achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Promote and sell household products to retail outlets, B2B clients, supermarkets, hypermarkets including Hypermax, Lulu, Nesto, and other hypermarkets and supermarkets.
- Develop and manage relationships with B2B clients such as wholesalers, corporate buyers, and institutional customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility, merchandising compliance, and stock availability.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain low outstanding receivables.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
· Identify and recommend new product lines or categories that align with customer demand and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the management team.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience in household products, consumer goods, or FMCG in Oman.
- Strong understanding of Oman retail and B2B market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid Oman driving license is mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
