We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to support our growth in Oman. The role will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while closely coordinating with the Business Development (BD) team at our Bahrain headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads for company offerings including solutions, training programs, and events
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across government and private sectors
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Act as the local point of contact for initial client engagement in Oman
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations with the BD team in Bahrain
- Follow up on proposals, quotations, and ensure timely progress toward closure
- Support contract negotiations and assist in closing deals
- Support marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, and promotional activities in Oman
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Oman market
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in solutions/services industry)
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, customer landscape, and procurement processes in Oman
- Experience dealing with government tenders is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
