JOB DESCRIPTIONA Society - Project Coordinator is organized and self-motivated person who will be responsible for providing administrative duties, project management, and manages the society activities and memberships. The job requires excellent communication skills; ability to use a computer, office organization experience, good command of English, and Arabic is preferable.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES&middot; Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point&middot; Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the organization.&middot; Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, action plans and monitoring processes.&middot; Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes on regular basis to the board.&middot; Ensures close collaboration and coordination with cooperating partners to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in grant agreements.&middot; Assist in Society activities and events&middot; Encourage potential members to register/ supervise the master list of membership details and renewals&middot; Make sure all Society documentation is update and organized.&middot; Provide Administrative duties &ndash; Manage the office, company resources, organize file on SharePoint, arranging travel, develop and maintain templates.&middot; Support the coordination with relevant Government authorities dealing with approvals and any government/legal related applications.&middot; Facilitate regular flow of information and conduct research as required.&middot; Establish and maintain relationship with Members&middot; Perform other duties related to the project as assigned by management.&middot; Coordinate the signing of agreements and maintain a register of all signed agreements&middot; Proper and secure filing of agreements&middot; Handle the minutes of meetings for Society meetings&middot; Preparation and handling of Society Board meetings, including Minutes of meeting and post meeting follow ups with the boardJOB REQUIREMENTS &middot; Experience working in an NGO will be considered as an asset.&middot; Good understanding of basic project planning tools.&middot; Good communication skills (English and Arabic)&middot; Consistently approach work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude&middot; Communication and networking&middot; Demonstrated writing, reporting and presentation skills.Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you speak Arabic?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to support our growth in Oman.
