Job Summary

The Sales Executive – Institutional Level will be responsible for managing institutional and government clients, handling tender processes, and executing large-scale B2B deals. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of institutional procurement and relationship management with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities within public sector, educational, and corporate institutions.
  • Manage tenders, proposals, and bidding processes.
  • Build strong relationships with key institutional clients and procurement teams.
  • Prepare and present customized product or service proposals.
  • Achieve institutional sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
  • Keep abreast of government regulations and procurement policies.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of institutional/government sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven experience in handling tenders and contracts.
  • Analytical mindset and strategic sales planning capability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in institutional or enterprise-level sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
