We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with 5 years of experience in sales support and business development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by maintaining strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and tracking sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts with precision.
- Maintain CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
- Track sales performance and generate reports to support pipeline management.
- Facilitate communication across underwriting, marketing, and operations teams.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Support tender submissions and compliance documentation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales coordination or business development.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
