Sales Executive - Insurance Group

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with 5 years of experience in sales support and business development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by maintaining strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and tracking sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts with precision.
  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports to support pipeline management.
  • Facilitate communication across underwriting, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Support tender submissions and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales coordination or business development.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
