- Identifying and Developing Sales Opportunities:
- Researching and identifying potential clients in the interior design, kitchen, and furniture markets.
- Generating leads and developing sales pipelines.
- Networking with industry professionals and building relationships.
- Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Understanding client needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and services.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Managing the Sales Process:
- Presenting and demonstrating interior design products and services.
- Preparing and delivering sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Collaborating with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analysing competitor activities and staying updated with industry trends.
