Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in the interior design or furniture industry to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will understand client needs, propose customized design solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients across residential and commercial segments.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior design products, furniture, and services.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and design solution walkthroughs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close deals.
Client Management & Customer Service
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide expert guidance on product selection, design trends, and solutions.
- Follow up post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle client concerns and complaints efficiently to maintain brand trust.
Target Achievement & Reporting
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with interior designers and project managers to align client expectations.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery and installations.
- Support design consultations and project specifications for large projects.
Marketing Support
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of interior design products and project workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven and performance-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.
