Sales Executive – Interior Design and Fit-Out (Salary+Commission)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who is confident on the phone and preferably familiar with the construction / interior / fit-out industry. | This role is ideal for someone who wants a stable salary + high commission potential. | - Salary & Benefits: | Base Salary | Commission | Extra monthly bonus for hitting set targets and closing confirmed projects. | Company-Sponsored Visa | Medical Insurance | Paid Leave as per UAE Law | Return Air Ticket every 2 years | Growth opportunity within the company | - Key Responsibilities: | Make outbound calls to potential clients (developers, companies, landlords, brokers, schools, offices, etc.) | Introduce the company's services (design, fit-out, renovation, permits) | Generate qualified leads and set meetings/site visits | Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email | Maintain and update lead records | Coordinate with management and technical team | Support closing of deals and long-term client relationships | - Requirements: | Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales (construction/fit-out knowledge is a BIG advantage) | Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone | Excellent communication skills in English | Basic understanding of construction / interiors / fit-out is preferred | Target-driven and commission-motivated | Able to work independently and follow up consistently
