Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive – Interior Design & Fit-Out to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales for interior design and turnkey fit-out projects across commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and present design & fit-out solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates in coordination with the design and technical teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company services.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales pipeline in CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–10 years of UAE experience in interior design / fit-out / construction sales.
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials, design processes, and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• UAE Driving License (Preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
