We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Interior Fit-Out team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting Kalandoor’s turnkey interior fit-out solutions, including commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the interior fit-out industry in the UAE and a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and construction sector
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and industry connections
- Meet and present Kalandoor’s services to clients including office, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and execution
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and ongoing projects in the UAE construction/interior market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of sales experience in interior fit-out / construction / contracting industry in UAE or GCC
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works (commercial, retail, office, hospitality projects)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong client network in UAE market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
