Sales Executive – International Business Club

About Us:
We are a growing Business Club dedicated to connecting professionals, fostering B2B leads, and providing exclusive networking opportunities. We are looking for a results-driven Sales professional who also has an eye for branding.

Role Overview: You will be the sole Sales Executive for the Business Club. Your job is to close memberships via phone and WhatsApp. Because you are speaking with prospects every day, you will also direct the marketing team on what posts and campaigns will actually help sales, and you have final approval authority over all their content and designs before anything goes live.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales (Primary Focus):

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and WhatsApp messages to prospective business owners and professionals.
  • Pitch the value of our Business Club, overcome objections, and close memberships over the phone.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads via WhatsApp Business and CRM.
  • Achieve weekly targets for calls, meetings set, and membership sales.
  • Maintain fast response times: reply to prospect inquiries within 15 minutes, and approve/reject marketing content within 2 hours.

2. Marketing Coordination & Approval:

  • Act as the approval authority for the marketing team before any post or campaign goes live.
  • Review all content (copy) and design (graphics/videos) to ensure alignment with the club's sales message and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate the content calendar: tell the marketing team what to post based on what you hear from prospects (e.g., "Prospects keep asking about X benefit—let's make a post about that").

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or high-volume cold calling (mandatory).
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business for bulk messaging and follow-ups.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to know what "good content" looks like.
  • Excellent written English for approving captions and scripts.
  • Ability to say "No" to bad design/messaging and guide the team to fix it.

Preferred Skills (not required, but a plus):

  • Experience with CRMs or WhatsApp API tools.

What We Offer:
We are open to discussing the compensation model during the interview:

  • Base salary + commissions, or
  • Full commission basis with uncapped earning potential
