Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Present, promote, and sell company products or services to customers
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and share sales quotations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company policies
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM or reporting tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and payments
  • Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities

Required Skills

  • Should be available in Dubai for interview round
  • Minimum 2 years of experience is required in sales
