Location : Baghdad - Iraq
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the project lifecycle within the Iraq projects channel to ensure the timely and profitable delivery of Grohe solutions.
- Assist in meeting annual sales targets by managing project documentation, tracking lead progress, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between LIXIL’s internal teams and external contractors/consultants to ensure all project activities align with LIXIL’s Mission and quality standards.
- Identify and map new project opportunities across various Iraqi provinces to support the expansion of Grohe’s geographical footprint.
- Maintain a comprehensive project database (Salesforce) to track market share trends and identify untapped areas for growth within the sector.
- Support localized marketing and site activities that enhance brand visibility and presence in key development hubs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project developers, architects, and engineers to ensure Grohe is specified in major tenders.
- Monitor competitor activity within the Iraq projects channel, providing the sales team with actionable insights to help increase market share.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate reporting requirements, providing regular updates on project status and sales pipeline health
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical backgrounds are often preferred for understanding product specifications.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or commercial operations, ideally within the construction, FMCG, or building materials industry.
- Proven familiarity with the Iraq construction landscape, including key stakeholders (consultants, developers, and contractors) in major hubs like Baghdad, Erbil, and Basra.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (for sales tracking) and Salesforce or CRM software (like Salesforce or SAP). Proficiency in AutoCAD or reading technical blueprints is a significant advantage.
- Full professional fluency in Arabic and English. Knowledge . • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and communicate the technical features and "Green" sustainability benefits of the Grohe product portfolio.
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage the "Sales Funnel" from initial specification to final delivery on-site.
- Capable of analyzing sales data and market trends to identify gaps in geographical presence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with high-level project stakeholders and internal LIXIL teams.
