Sales Executive - Ironmongery

Role Overview
Drive project sales of architectural door hardware (locks, cylinders, hinges, handles, door closers, accessories) across consultants, contractors, joineries, and developers. Own the pipeline from specification to order booking and collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify enquiries; build and maintain a strong project pipeline.
  • Meet consultants/contractors to influence specs and secure approvals.
  • Prepare quotations, BOQ take-offs, submittals, samples, and compliance sheets.
  • Negotiate pricing/terms; convert enquiries into POs; hand over to projects for execution.
  • Coordinate with supply chain for lead times and deliveries; follow up on collections.
  • Track activities in CRM; provide accurate weekly forecasts and reports.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of B2B/project sales in ironmongery/architectural hardware (UAE/GCC preferred).
  • Working knowledge of door schedules, standards, finishes, fire ratings, and master keying.
  • Strong client network with consultants/contractors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
