We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team and support business development activities in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and surrounding commercial areas.
Key Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Islamabad and Rawalpindi commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in construction, interiors, flooring, elevators, or building materials.
- Basic understanding of laminated flooring, interior finishing products, and related solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with:
- Builders & Developers
- Architects & Interior Designers
- Contractors & Consultants
- Project Managers
- Commercial Property Owners
- Corporate Procurement Teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities in the construction and interior industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Generate leads and secure sales for laminated flooring, interior solutions, and related products.
- Conduct regular visits to commercial projects, offices, shopping malls, hotels, and residential developments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in flooring, interiors, construction materials, elevators, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
