About the Role

ScaleUp is hiring on behalf of client looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to handle Want-to-Buy (WTB) requests and Requests for Quote (RFQ) on the BrokerBin platform. You'll be the engine behind deal flow — sourcing inventory, building supplier relationships, and closing transactions that hit monthly targets.

This is a night-shift role aligned with USA business hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

What you'll do

• Monitor and respond to incoming WTBs and RFQs on BrokerBin and other IT hardware trading platforms
• Match buyer requirements with available supplier inventory to execute profitable deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers in the USA market
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities to grow your account base
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution and on-time delivery
• Stay current on market pricing, product availability, and trends in IT hardware trading and procurement

What we're looking for

• 1–2+ years of experience in IT hardware sales, trading, or brokerage (preferred)
• Familiarity with BrokerBin or similar B2B IT hardware marketplaces is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and hit targets
• Basic understanding of IT hardware products (networking, servers, storage, end-user devices)
• Comfortable working USA business hours (night shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
• Organized and detail-oriented when managing multiple active deals simultaneously
