Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – IT Hardware Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sales and technology, with the ability to manage client relationships, generate new business, and sell IT hardware solutions to customers in the US market.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in IT hardware sales, account management, client communication, and target-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Acquire new customers and expand business accounts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure smooth communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized IT hardware solutions.
  • Support customers with servers, storage, and networking solutions for the US market.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects to support sales conversion.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and client communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT hardware sales.
  • Experience selling servers, storage, networking equipment, or related IT solutions will be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience handling international or US-based clients will be an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and achieve sales targets.
  • Good understanding of IT hardware, including servers, storage, and networking solutions.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions.
  • Confidence in handling client conversations and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work during evening/night shift hours.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: PKR 70,000 – 120,000, based on experience
