About the Role

Klystron Global is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling IT solutions, software products, and digital services to corporate (B2B) clients across the UAE. Arabic-speaking ability is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert new B2B leads for Klystron Global’s IT products and services.
• Promote and sell solutions such as ERP systems, AI-based applications, IT consulting services, automation tools, and digital transformation products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings with clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and follow-ups on leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM updates and provide weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams for project handovers.
• Participate in marketing activities, events, and client engagement programs when required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B IT sales (software, digital services, solutions, IT products).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Arabic-speaking is mandatory; English proficiency required.
• Ability to understand and explain IT products clearly to clients.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• UAE market knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus (not mandatory).
• Should be available to join immediately.
