Sales Executive – Jewellery & Watches

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our premium Jewellery & Watches retail team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail sales, excellent customer service skills, and proven experience working with high-end jewellery and watch brands.

This role requires someone who is passionate about luxury products, understands customer needs, and can consistently achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Sell luxury jewellery and watches while providing expert product knowledge
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, POS systems, and basic inventory coordination
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation
• Stay updated on new collections, designs, and luxury market trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in Jewellery & Watches sales (mandatory)
• Prior experience in luxury retail is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and watch brands is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with premium or luxury brands
• Existing client base in Qatar is an advantage
• Understanding of retail KPIs and sales reporting
