Sales Executive – Joinery & Fit-Out Projects

We are a Dubai-based technical services and joinery company specializing in custom furniture, interior fit-outs, and turnkey renovation projects.
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales & Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of joinery production and fit-out materials to expand our client base and develop strategic partnerships across Dubai and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for joinery, interior fit-out, and renovation projects.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, interior designers, and facility management companies.
• Understand technical drawings, BOQs, and site conditions to assist in preparing accurate proposals.
• Coordinate with the production and estimation team to finalize material requirements, finishes, and timelines.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations (with internal support), and drive project closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in joinery or fit-out sales/business development.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery production, materials (MDF, veneer, laminate, polish, hardware), and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and BOQs (preferred).
• Proven network of industry contacts in contracting, design, and development sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.

Compensation

• Attractive commission structure on confirmed projects.
• Basic salary + commission negotiable based on experience.
• Additional incentives for achieving sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,800.00 per month
