Position Summary
The Sales Executive – Key Accounts will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of company solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service delivery.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Generate new business by targeting potential clients and industry segments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Client Engagement
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with company offerings.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on business opportunities.
Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client communications, and CRM updates.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in sales or account management are an advantage.
Experience
- 3 – 6 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development.
- Experience working in Qatar or GCC markets is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
