Sales Executive – Key Accounts

Position Summary

The Sales Executive – Key Accounts will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of company solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service delivery.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Generate new business by targeting potential clients and industry segments.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with company offerings.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management on business opportunities.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, client communications, and CRM updates.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in sales or account management are an advantage.

Experience

  • 3 – 6 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development.
  • Experience working in Qatar or GCC markets is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
