Sales Executive – Kitchens & Wardrobes

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. The role requires strong business development skills, relationship building, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions in modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior design, or building materials. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and eager to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including architects, contractors, and interior designers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the design and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales (preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior solutions, or building materials).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
