Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, and online platforms.
Promote company products and services to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, accounts, and delivery) for smooth order execution.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, or trade shows as required.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
