Industry: Automotive (Paints, Tyres, Lubricants, Batteries)
Location: Lahore
Reporting Line: Sales Central – Lahore

Job Purpose
The Sales Executive will oversee and expand our sales operations in Lahore. This role is responsible for managing the assigned category, driving sales performance, and building strong relationships with dealers and retailers in the B2C segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category-wise sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and dealers
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Ensure effective placement, branding, and visibility of products
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualification & Experience

• MBA (preferably Marketing)
• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
