Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in LED lighting sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the LED lighting market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
- Conduct client meetings and effectively present product solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts
- Follow up on potential leads and convert them into successful business opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in LED lighting or electrical product sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional personality with a sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets
- Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
