Job Description:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership growth and maximizing revenue by promoting the property services and facilities to prospective members and corporate clients. This role requires an individual with excellent communication and sales skills to represent the property's values and provide exceptional customer service, ultimately contributing to the property's reputation and success. Your duties and responsibilities include, but not limited, to the following;

1. Develop Sales Strategy and ensure attainment of given Sales Goals and Profitability in Budgeted Guidelines.

2. Identify and target prospective Members and Corporate Clients through various Sales Strategies such as Cold Calling, Networking and Referrals and discuss the daily activities to Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing on daily basis.

3.Build Strong Relationships with New and Existing Clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

4.Conduct Presentations, Property Tours, and Demonstrations of property facilities to potential members and clients.

5.Promote and Sell Membership Packages, Event Hosting Opportunities, and Property Services.

6. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies to meet or exceed Monthly and Annual Sales Targets.

7. Maintain strong relationships with Members and Clients by providing Excellent Customer Service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

8. Stay informed of Property's Events, Promotions, and Updates to communicate them effectively to Clients.

9. Conduct market research to stay informed of Trends, Competitors, and Customer Preferences in the Hospitality industry.

10. Identify New Business Opportunities and Innovative Sales tactics to keep the Property competitive in the Marketplace

11. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports and update Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing on Sales Performance and Pipeline Development.

12. Collaborate with other Departments to Coordinate Promotional Activities, Events and Campaigns.

13. Ensure all Sales activities comply with the Property’s policies and Standards.

Qualifications Required

1. Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in Sales within the Hotel industry, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.

3. Experience required: Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospitality industry.

4. Strong understanding of Hotel Operations & meet Sales Targets.

5. Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish Trust with Clients and Colleagues.

Skills required

3. A confident personality that will allow the incumbent to deal with third parties. e.g. Members, Guests & Prospective Clients.

4. Self-corresponding.

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.

6. Should be able to gather data and prepare reports.

7. Should have Qatar Driving License.

8. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to accommodate business needs and client schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,500.00 per month
