The Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership growth and maximizing revenue by promoting the property’s services and facilities to prospective members and corporate clients. This role requires an individual with excellent communication and sales skills to represent the property’s values and deliver exceptional customer service, contributing to the property’s reputation and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales goals and profitability in line with budgeted guidelines.
- Identify and target prospective members and corporate clients through various sales approaches such as cold calling, networking, and referrals, and report daily activities to the Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
- Conduct presentations, tours, and demonstrations of the property’s facilities for potential members and clients.
- Promote and sell membership packages, event hosting opportunities, and the property’s services, including dining, spa, and recreational facilities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive sales initiatives.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing member and client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on events, promotions, and developments to communicate relevant information effectively to clients.
- Conduct market research to remain informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences within the hospitality sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and introduce innovative sales tactics to keep the property competitive in the marketplace.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update the Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing on sales performance and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with the property’s policies, procedures, and standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Required)
- 5+ years of sales experience in the luxury hospitality industry in the GCC (Required)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Strong understanding of hotel operations
