Sales Executive – Machinery Rental Division

Position Summary

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to expand our machinery rental division. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the UAE oil & gas sector, a solid client network, and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets through proactive relationship-building and deep market understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company’s rental business within the oil & gas and construction industries.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and secure long-term rental contracts with EPC contractors and project owners.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth equipment mobilization, demobilization, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, rental agreements, and proposals in line with company policies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment or machinery rental sales within the UAE oil & gas sector.
• Established network with ADNOC and EPC contractors.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional applications (CRM/ERP preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
