Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom
  • Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and occasion for jewellery purchase
  • Present and demonstrate jewellery pieces
  • Provide detailed product information including design, purity, weight, pricing, and craftsmanship
  • Guide customers through the selection process with patience and expertise
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary jewellery items and collections
  • Handle customer objections professionally and convert inquiries into sales
  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain sales records
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships for repeat business

Product Knowledge & Expertise

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all jewellery products, collections, and new arrivals
  • Stay updated on latest jewellery trends, designs, and fashion styles
  • Understand rates, making charges, and pricing structures
  • Be familiar with traditional and contemporary jewellery designs

Showroom Operations

  • Ensure showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
  • Arrange jewellery displays attractively to maximize customer appeal
  • Conduct daily stock checks and verify jewellery pieces in assigned sections
  • Report any damaged, missing, or discrepant items immediately to management
  • Maintain security protocols
  • Assist in stock taking and inventory management activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
