Job Title: Mandarin-Speaking Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) Location: Dubai, UAE – Suha Hospitality Group Position Overview The Mandarin-Speaking Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts. This role focuses on increasing occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue across Suha Hospitality properties through targeted sales initiatives, strategic partnerships, and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, develop, and manage new and existing Mandarin-speaking corporate, leisure, and long-stay accounts. Proactively source and convert leads from China and other Mandarin-speaking markets through B2B, OTA, and GDS channels. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets (occupancy, ADR, and revenue goals) set by the DOSM. Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the revenue and reservations teams. Represent Suha Hospitality at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events targeting Chinese and Asia-Pacific markets. Client Relations Maintain professional and long-term relationships with key Mandarin-speaking clients and travel agencies. Handle inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups in both English and Mandarin, ensuring seamless communication. Conduct regular client visits, property tours, and presentations. Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis from Mandarin-speaking markets to enhance business strategies. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. Submit weekly and monthly sales reports with performance analysis and pipeline updates. Coordinate with the reservations, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Translate marketing materials, promotions, and collateral as needed for Mandarin-speaking audiences. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in hospitality, preferably within the UAE or GCC region. Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English is mandatory. Proven track record in generating corporate and leisure business, particularly from Chinese or Mandarin-speaking markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with OTA channels, corporate contracting, and local market dynamics. Personal Attributes Energetic, goal-driven, and proactive with strong networking abilities. Culturally sensitive, professional, and client-oriented. Strong team player with high attention to detail and follow-through.
