About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our pharmaceutical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pharma sales, strong market understanding, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Promote and sell company products within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain sales reports, call logs, and territory records.
  • Participate in promotional activities, CMEs, and product awareness programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical field sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of pharma marketing, product detailing, and territory management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
