About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our pharmaceutical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pharma sales, strong market understanding, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote and sell company products within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
- Provide feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Maintain sales reports, call logs, and territory records.
- Participate in promotional activities, CMEs, and product awareness programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of pharma marketing, product detailing, and territory management.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
