Sales Executive - Marketing Division/ HORECA Experience

Ideal candidate must have Qatar Driving license and have experience in "HORECA" Hotel Restaurant and Cafes

Essential Skills & Qualifications

· Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

· Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey product benefits and build rapport with clients.

· Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the HORECA industry, market trends, and competitor offerings.

· Relationship Building: Strong skills in developing and maintaining client relationships.

· Organizational Skills: Good time management, organization, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

· Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using digital tools for sales and record-keeping.

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new sales leads within the HORECA sector.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of potential clients.
• Promote and sell products or services by conducting client visits, product presentations, and tastings.
• Client Management:
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provide ongoing support, resolve customer concerns, and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term retention.
• Sales Operations:
• Negotiate prices, supply terms, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather client feedback to enhance product offerings.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and competitive insights for management.
• Achieving Targets:
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
