We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with strong technical expertise and a proven sales track record in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical Engineering along with an MBA or PG Diploma, and 3–4 years of hands-on sales experience in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industries in Qatar.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate product knowledge and solution delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent follow-ups.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing or related field.
- 3–4 years of proven sales experience in Qatar (preferably in industrial, engineering, or technical products).
- Strong network and understanding of the Qatar market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
