The Sales Executive plays an important role in supporting the growth of Med Results by building relationships with prospective and existing clients while helping practices discover the benefits of our regenerative aesthetic technologies.
This hybrid position includes both in-office and field-based responsibilities. Sales Executives are expected to spend a minimum of 50% of their working time in the field, which may include client visits, presentations, trade shows, and industry events. The remaining time is spent in the office supporting sales activities such as outreach, follow-up, virtual meetings, and pipeline management.
The Sales Executive represents Med Results and its portfolio of regenerative solutions, including Plexr Plasma technology, Manasculpt, biostimulants, exosomes, and aftercare skincare products.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the company CRM (HubSpot) helps ensure effective communication, client follow-up, and collaboration across the team.
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The Sales Executive role includes a mix of office work, travel, and in-person meetings. Typical conditions may include:
- Sitting for portions of the workday while performing computer and phone-based work
- Standing and walking during client visits, meetings, and industry events
- Regular operation of a motor vehicle for travel to field appointments and events
- Ability to transport presentation materials or event supplies when necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in person, by phone, and through virtual platforms
- Ability to use computers, CRM systems, and video conferencing tools as part of daily responsibilities
- Professional appearance and conduct while representing Med Results at client locations and industry events
- Work environments may include offices, medical spas, clinics, hotels, conference centers, and trade show venues
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spend a minimum of 50% of working time in field sales activities, including client visits, prospect meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Use remaining days to support in-office sales activities such as outreach calls, emails, virtual meetings, and pipeline follow-up
- Work toward achieving monthly sales targets and supporting the company’s overall growth goals
- Maintain consistent outreach efforts, including outbound calls and follow-up communication with prospective clients
- Generate new leads through approved digital platforms and industry networking opportunities
- Be able to book Plexr and/or Manasculpt presentation meetings on a consistent basis in coordination with Arash
- Participate in approved industry travel events when scheduled
- Attend Age Reversal Academy (ARA) events when scheduled, unless otherwise excused
- Proactively maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot
- Enter new leads from events, referrals, field visits, and digital sources into the CRM in a timely manner
- Record notes, deal progress, and communication updates to support effective client follow-up
- Utilize field representative tools within the CRM to help plan and organize field visits and appointments
- Support consistent and thoughtful follow-up with prospective and existing clients
Field Planning & Scheduling
- Weekly appointments, client visits, and prospect visits should be mapped out in advance to support productive field days
- Field schedules should generally be communicated by the end of the week for the upcoming week to assist with planning and coordination
- Represent Med Results at trade shows, industry events, and educational sessions when scheduled
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of successful sales experience (medical, aesthetic, or device sales preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- Ability to travel as required
