Sales Executive- Medical & Laboratory Solutions JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Understand and assess the needs of healthcare providers, laboratories, academic institutions, and industrial research facilities, recommending appropriate laboratory equipment, consumables, and services. • Engage with and influence healthcare professionals, researchers, procurement teams, and administrators to promote BASMED laboratory products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations. • Execute sales and marketing plans within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. • Implement territory coverage plans, including the number of sales calls and visit frequency, to maximize outreach and customer engagement. • Organize and conduct audio-visual presentations, product demonstrations, and scientific discussions for healthcare providers and laboratory staff. • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, customer profiles, marketing feedback, and sales reports to support business planning and decision-making. • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new product developments, reporting insights to management for strategic planning. • Stay updated on the latest laboratory technologies, clinical data, and applications, and effectively communicate this information to customers. • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the territory to expand the customer base. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, DMLT) or a related scientific discipline. • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or servicing laboratory instruments or diagnostics equipment. • Existing network in healthcare, academic, or industrial research markets preferred. • Technical knowledge of laboratory procedures, applications, and equipment operation. • Proven track record in promoting and supporting laboratory equipment, consumables, and related technologies. • Excellent oral and written communication, listening, and persuasive skills. • Strong time and territory management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
