Sales Executive - Men's / Ladies Fabric

ChaseValue, a renowned name in the retail sector, is looking for a Sales Associate – Men’s/ Ladies Fabric Department to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Provide guidance to customers in selecting fabrics according to their preferences and needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of men’s / ladies fabrics, including quality, styles, and seasonal trends.
• Ensure accurate billing and smooth checkout coordination with the cashier.
• Keep the fabric section neat, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate.
• Prior experience in fabric sales or retail will be an advantage.
• Good product knowledge of men’s / ladies fabrics (suiting, shirting, unstitched material, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet sales targets.
