Sales Executive – Modern Trade

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and distribution within assigned modern trade accounts (supermarkets and hypermarkets)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and store managers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure growth of assigned product categories
  • Ensure proper product listing, shelf availability, and merchandising standards
  • Coordinate with merchandising teams to maintain strong product visibility
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with logistics teams
  • Conduct regular store visits and market checks
  • Track competitor activities and market trends
  • Prepare sales reports and support collection follow-ups where required

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG Modern Trade
  • Experience working with supermarkets and hypermarkets in Qatar
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Valid Qatar driving license
  • Target-oriented with strong market awareness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
