- Manage sales and distribution within assigned modern trade accounts (supermarkets and hypermarkets)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and store managers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure growth of assigned product categories
- Ensure proper product listing, shelf availability, and merchandising standards
- Coordinate with merchandising teams to maintain strong product visibility
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with logistics teams
- Conduct regular store visits and market checks
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare sales reports and support collection follow-ups where required
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG Modern Trade
- Experience working with supermarkets and hypermarkets in Qatar
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Valid Qatar driving license
- Target-oriented with strong market awareness
