Role Overview
As a Sales Executive specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and the motorcycle rental business, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for both new and used vehicles. As part of our Specialized Sports Equipment team in Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, utilizing your expertise in the powersports sector to manage customer relationships, support marketing initiatives, and ensure a seamless sales and rental experience for clients. Your passion for automotive products and ability to connect with customers will be essential as you contribute to our continued success in the region.
Responsibilities

Drive sales of brand new and used motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.

Handle and oversee the motorcycle rental business, including bookings, documentation, and vehicle handover/return.

Manage and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Support and coordinate marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.

Perform administrative tasks including documentation and CRM updates.

Organize and oversee customer test rides and rental services.
Must Have Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.

Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively build rapport and close deals with customers.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independent and team-based work.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.

Valid motorcycle license.

Graduation or equivalent qualification; further education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
