Job Summary
Responsible for achieving motorcycle sales targets through effective lead handling, customer engagement, product demos, negotiation, and closing. Ensures a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads via walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
  • Understand customer needs, recommend models, conduct demos and test rides
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales
  • Coordinate registration, insurance, delivery, and aftersales support
  • Maintain product knowledge, CRM records, showroom presentation, and sales reports
  • Support marketing events and fleet/corporate sales

Reporting Line
Reports to Sales Manager / Business Head; works with Operations, Workshop, Registration, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s with 2–4 years sales experience (automotive preferred)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills; CRM/Excel knowledge preffered
  • Strong Sales accumen
  • English required; Arabic/Hindi and UAE driving license preferred

Work Conditions

  • Showroom/field-based role
  • Field visits and weekend campaigns as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
