Job Overview

We are seeking a young, passionate, and Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to join our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in buying and selling used mobile phones (Apple & Samsung preferred), excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to inspect devices professionally, negotiate with customers, and stay organized while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Negotiation

  • Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobile phones (new or used).
  • Negotiate trade-in values and prices with confidence, especially with local customers familiar with bargaining.
  • Build strong relationships and adapt communication style to customer expectations.

Product Sales, Purchasing & Device Checks

  • Sell brand-new mobile phones with up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Specialize in evaluating and purchasing used mobile phones (Apple & Samsung in particular).
  • Conduct thorough inspections of devices to detect any issues, defects, or changes before purchase or resale.
  • Ensure all device checks and transactions are documented accurately.

Market Awareness & Expertise

  • Stay updated on the latest mobile phone models and technology trends.
  • Monitor local market prices and demand for used devices.
  • Adapt offers or bundles to suit customer needs and maximize sales.

Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and purchasing targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, trade-ins, and inventory.
  • Stay organized in handling stock, paperwork, and daily sales reports.

Customer Service & Store Maintenance

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction..
  • Assist in stock management and product display.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience in mobile phone retail (new or used).
  • Proven expertise in used mobile phones (evaluation, buying, and selling).
  • Fluent Arabic speaker with English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to deal effectively with local customers.
  • Attention to detail in checking devices for issues/defects.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

  • A valid visa with NOC is an advantage.
  • Must be able to commute reliably to Abu Dhabi or be willing to relocate before starting.
