Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the auto spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling our wide range of auto spare parts to garages, retailers, workshops, and fleet operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular field visits to workshops, garages, retailers, and fleet owners.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of auto spare parts including engine components, suspension parts, electricals, filters, and accessories.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer queries or issues.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in auto spare parts or a related automotive field.
  • Strong knowledge of automobile parts and components is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software/CRM tools.

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical background in automotive/mechanics is a plus.
