Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various marketing and networking channels.
• Assist clients in understanding market conditions and property values.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the entire transaction process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and project details.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients and developers.
• Prepare and manage all required documentation related to property transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant/Agent/Broker (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Presentable, professional, and client-focused approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
