Sales Executive( (NVOCC)

Beeline Shipping LLC is actively seeking a motivated Field-Based Logistics Sales Executive (NVOCC) for Dubai Branch. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and promoting containerized shipping services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on both new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and develop strategies accordingly
• Negotiate contracts and rates with customers and carriers, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
• Coordinate with operations and customs teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments from origin to destination.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business for NVOCC and freight forwarding services
• Achieve sales targets by acquiring and maintaining key clients in the UAE market.

Requirements:

• Experience required : 2+ years of proven experience in logistics sales (NVOCC experience preferred).
• Qualification - Any degree
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, ocean freight, and container logistics.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Willing to work in Dubai location(Field based )
• NVOCC experience required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
