Job Summary:
The Sales Executive – NVOCC is responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, and promoting NVOCC services including LCL consolidation and FCL shipments to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers (importers, exporters, traders, SMEs)
- Promote NVOCC services such as LCL consolidation and FCL shipments
- Conduct regular client visits and meetings
- Prepare and negotiate freight quotations
- Coordinate with clients for shipment follow-ups
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or NVOCC sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the local logistics and shipping market
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
