Sales Executive – NVOCC

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive – NVOCC is responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, and promoting NVOCC services including LCL consolidation and FCL shipments to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customers (importers, exporters, traders, SMEs)
  • Promote NVOCC services such as LCL consolidation and FCL shipments
  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings
  • Prepare and negotiate freight quotations
  • Coordinate with clients for shipment follow-ups
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or NVOCC sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the local logistics and shipping market
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
