Job Summary:

We are looking for a Young creative and motivated Marketing & Sales Professionals to support

our marketing and sales activities for our Muscat Branch. The role

involves handling CRM, Meeting new customers and note the requirements.

Reporting to Management on customers visits and billing done to customers.

3. Incentive for Door to Door Sales - This incentive will be provided based on new customers and the volume of billing done to new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Present products/services, handle objections, and negotiate deals to close sales.
• Work towards achieving or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
• Manage social media, online ads, and content marketing to reach target audiences.
• Define how products/services should be presented to appeal to customers.
• Maintain and update the CRM system, track leads, and follow up with clients.
• Conduct telemarketing and sales calls to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Contribute to R&D and creative brainstorming for innovative marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports on marketing and sales performance for management review.
• Align marketing strategies with sales goals to ensure consistent messaging and lead quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Freshers and candidates with experience in sales and marketing will be added advantage
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or sales.
• Familiar with CRM tools and social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
• Confident, aggressive and good communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RO350.000 - RO600.000 per month
