Job Scope: Online Sales Executive (Logistics)
1. Online Enquiry Handling
- Manage incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, email, company website, social media, and online ads.
- Provide information on logistics services such as freight, trucking, warehousing, delivery solutions, and pricing.
2. Sales Consultation & Quotation
- Understand customer shipping needs (pickup location, destination, cargo type, weight, timeline).
- Prepare accurate quotations, rate cards, and service proposals.
- Advise customers on the best logistics solutions, routes, and service options.
3. Lead Management & Conversion
- Follow up promptly with online leads to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or lead sheet.
- Track enquiry status, follow-up progress, and deal closure.
4. Coordination With Operations
- Work with operations team for pickup scheduling, transportation arrangement, and cargo movement.
- Ensure all customer requirements are communicated clearly to the operations team.
- Assist in resolving delivery or service issues if they occur.
5. Customer Support & Relationship Building
- Provide after-sales support and update customers on shipment status when needed.
- Build long-term relationships to secure repeat business.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
6. Reporting & Sales Targets
- Prepare daily/weekly lead tracking and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by management.
7. Collaboration & Improvement
- Work with marketing team to improve online campaigns and enquiry conversion.
- Suggest improvements for pricing, service packages, and customer communication.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
